使用说明
• 粘接过程
•
清理、清洁硅棒表面和玻璃板表面；作好表面清洁十分重要，否则清理未净的油渍、潮气等会影响硅棒的粘接效果
•
粘接玻璃建议使用毛玻璃，毛玻璃粗糙的表面性质有助于进一步提高胶粘剂的粘接强度
•
WD3636 的标准配比为A：B=1：1，允许误差在5%以内，其中称量过程中A、B两组分的取料钥匙或者玻璃棒应该分别单独置
备，不应共用或混用，防止主剂和固化剂发生反应
•
充分混合A主剂和B固化剂，至颜色达到均匀
•
将足量的胶涂覆在玻璃板上，涂覆过程应该在规定的操作时间内完成，否则会造成一定的缺陷。
•
常温（23-25℃）固化需要6个小时；适当提高温度可加快固化速度，缩短所需的固化时间；反之，亦然
• 脱胶、清洗过程
•
第一步 － 50℃--60℃的温水中，胶粘剂会在10－15 分钟内从切片上去除，去除时间根据坯料的表面情况不同而有差别
