摘要本次设计做的是滨州山东置业有限公司开发建设的龙溪鑫都21#,23#住宅楼项目,本工程为包括阁楼在内的六层砖混结构,总建筑面积为3485.52㎡。
本次毕业设计分为两部分,一部分为工程量计算,另一部分为施工组织设计。
工程量计算,各人根据自己的图纸选择一部分进行工程量计算,工程量包括基础,标准层及屋面工程。
本工程的基础采用的是筏板基础,施工采用机械大开挖。
主要的工程量包括,基础工程,混凝土工程,钢筋工程,模板工程,门窗工程,屋面工程,装饰工程等。
施工组织设计部分,根据所学知识主要有工程概况,施工部署,施工准备,施工方法,质量管理保证措施及工期保证措施,安全保证措施,环境、职工健康安全管理措施,及竣工交付使用后的回访工作等。
工期则采用倒推法,先确定总工期,在确定各施工过程的劳动力分布情况,及机械使用情况,进而画出施工横道图。
另外根据施工平面布置原则,再结合建筑物实际情况,画出施工现场平面图。
在本设计中我们认真做好每一部分的工作,这样就能方便工程更全面,更具体的进行施工。
总之我们以保证质量,方便施工,便于管理为目标,科学认真的完成本次毕业设计。

Backward method, time limit for a project is used to determine the total time limit for a project, in determining the distribution of each construction process of the labor force, and machine usage, and construction crossing plotted on a graph. Another according to the construction plane layout principles, and in combination with the practical situation of buildings, draws the floor plan of construction site. In this design, we seriously do a good job in every part of this can be convenient for engineering a more comprehensive, more specific to the construction.
