1、学生退学必须家长或监护人亲自到校，特殊情况，其家长或监护人必须与总领事处联系，并征得总领事处同意方可领取此表办 理手续。 2、退学必须有正当的理由，并经校长同意和审批。 3、退费按学校所在地政府相关退费文件执行。 4、出国留学请附国外录取证明、出国签证证明。 Remarks: 1) Parents need to come to school and complete the above procedures; 2) Need reasonable reasons for withdrawing from school; 3) Fees refunded are according to the government education department standard; 4）Related documents are required for withdrawing from school.
