城市交通方面，初步构建起智能交通框架。建成基于GPS调度的公交运营管理和信息服务系统，通过1300余个电子站牌、公众出行服务系统、公交快信APP应用等渠道为市民提供乘车信息服务，提高了公交服务质量，缩短了市民出行时间。
In the respect ofUrban Traffic
, Chengdu established the application subsystems including traffic incident detection, traffic CCTV, traffic guidance, ramp control, lane instructions, signal control, traffic flow collection at important crossroads so as to improve traffic operation efficiency.The bus operation management and information service systems based on GSP dispatch have been built for providing bus information services for citizens through 1,300 electronic bus-stop boards, public transport service systems and APPs, thereby improving bus service quality and shortening the travel time.

食品药品安全方面，建成肉类蔬菜流通追溯系统，覆盖全市肉类、蔬菜溯源点位11259个，实现了肉菜产品从屠宰、批发、零售到餐桌全程信息化监管，提高了市民对食品安全的满意度。建成中药材质量溯源系统，在10家中药材种养殖基地、荷花池中药材市场所有商户、20家中药饮片生产企业、40家中药材经营企业、19家医院和50家药店进行试点，实现中药材从种植到零售药店、医疗机构的流通追踪溯源，保障了药品安全。

信息基础设施方面，目前，成都拥有向省外辐射的光缆通达方向达到8个，干线出省光缆30多条，城域网出口总带宽超过1.5T，开通了国际直达专用数据电路，通信骨干网络通达传输能力名列中西部前列；全市居民光纤接入覆盖440万户，无线通信网络覆盖100%行政村，Wi-Fi覆盖城市大部分热点区域，在中西部率先迈入移动通信4G时代，初步形成较为完备的传输交换、存储、计算及运营服务体系。建立了全市统一的电子政务网络、机房、计算、数据存储及灾备等技术支撑体系。

在城市燃气运行管理方面，建成基于地理信息系统的燃气监控与数据采集系统（SCADA系统），实现对燃气系统进气、计量、输配、调压全过程的监控、管理和调度，促进燃气生产、输配管理更加安全、高效。完成1.5公里燃气管防第三方破坏试点和50个管井密闭空间泄漏监测和户内泄漏监控试点，提高了智能化管理水平。
The GIS-based gas monitoring and data acquisition system has been built, thereby monitoring, managing and dispatching the whole processes of air intake, metering, transmission and distribution and pressure regulation.

城市公共安防方面，建成具有20000多个监控点位的“天网”城市公共视频信息系统，提供有价值信息共40余万条，其中协助破获刑事案件6260余件、治安案件37950余件，通过天网发现治安纠纷89000余件、群体性事件2600余件、交通事故4500余件、火灾报警720余件，为群众求助，寻找走失儿童、老人等提供贴心服务9000余起。
In the field ofFood and Drug Safety, Chengduestablishedthe traceability system for meat and vegetable circulationwithcovering 11,259 traceability points through the whole city to realize the entire supervision and informationtraceability for meat and vegetable products. The quality traceability system for TCM has been built, which is piloted in 10 planting and breeding bases, all merchants in Hehuachi Market, 20 manufacturers of TCM herbal pieces, 40 businesses, 19 hospitals and 50 drugstores to trace the TCM from planting to retailing to medical institutions and guarantee the drug safety.
6,260 criminal cases, 37,950 cases of public securityweredetected and solved through”Skynet”, and 89,000 public dispute cases, 4,500 traffic incidents, 720 fire alarms were found.It provided clues to 9,000 cases in seeking missing children and senior people and other public services.
In the respect ofInformation Infrastructuresconstruction, Chengdu now ownsup to 8 inter-provincial cables and more than 30 inter-provincial cable trunks.There are total bandwidth at the outlet of MAN exceeds 1.5Tbps
In the respect ofCity Public Security, Chengdu established the “Skynet” urban public video information system with more than 20,000 monitoring points,which isplaying a positive role in rescue and relief work, public emergency disposal, major events security, public security prevention and control and road traffic management, administrative law enforcement, environmental monitoring, fire safety and serving the people.
