80-1 motor-driven centrifugal precipitating instrument is used to perform quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in laboratory as well as for medical personel to test flood and urine.without it,these kinds of works can not be done smoothly.
1、when using,it should be layed on even and stable table.
2、allowed tolerance of relative weight of loaded balance is not more than 0.5g.
3、plastic protective tube should be cleanded with cloth after using to prevent corrosion;when cleaning and sterilizing,temperature is not more than 50℃.
4、after connecting with mains,adjust work time and revolve the knob from“0”to needed rotational speed clockwise.
Maintanance and precautions:
1、electrical machinery should be poured into lubricating oil every three months.
2、when not using,it should be kept in dried room.
3、after using for long time,if carbnatebrush is less than 10mm,it should be changed.
4、plug and socket should have good earth wire.
5、weight of test tube and test tube cover shoul be equal.when they are different,they can not be used.
