起初于1996年，公司的雏形是在北京延庆建立的河兴炭素厂，2000年收购原兴和县电池厂成立了兴和县木子炭素厂，2006年改制为有限责任公司，注册资金3000万元。

The company now has two complete set of production lines for carbon graphite products.
