功能
安装与燃气内管道及压缩空气管道的过滤器,可用来保护其后连接的设备。 过滤芯由网目≤50μm的pp乱纤维无纺布和金属支网组成。 灰尘,切屑和锈蚀及其他燃气所含物理物质和污物将无法通过乱纤维无纺布。 如果超过灰尘存储能力或形成太大的压力差,则过滤器失去其保护作用! Max. operating pressure GF 5…/1: 最大工作压力 P max. = 500 mbar GF, GF/3, GF4…/1: P max. = 4 bar Filter 过滤器 acc. /根据 DIN 3386
Installation position 安装位置 Standard installation position 标准安装位置 In the horizontal installation position the switching pressure is increased by approx. 0.5 mbar. 水平安装时,当过压0.5mbar,则压力检控器动作。 When the pressure switch is mounted horizontally overhead, its switching pressure decreases by approx. 0.5 mbar. 水平悬挂式于操作人员上方时,当欠压大约0.5mbar, 则压力监控器动作。 When the pressure switch is mounted in an intermediate position, its switching pressure deviates by max. 0.5 mbar from the set point. 安装在一个中间位置时,当偏离所调节额定值的偏差 最大为±0.5mbar时,则压力监控器动作。

Filter check
Check the filter at least once a year! Change the filter, if ∆p between pressure connection /A and 2/A > 10 mbar Change the filter, if ∆p between pressure connection 1/A and 2/B is twice as high compared to the last check.

If possible, place filter cover vertically. A vertically placed cover ensures easy cleaning of the filter casing.

过滤芯更换
至少每年检查一次过滤器 如果1/A和2/B之间的压差大于 10mbar时,要根换过滤芯 如果1/A和2/B之间的压差大于上次 检查结果的200%,要更换过滤芯

过滤器的监控
连接螺栓G1/4可由核实的螺丝代替, 这样可以实现与燃气-微分压力监控 器的连接,以监控压力差。
You can change the filter with out removing the fitting.
1.Disconnect gas supply, close ball valve. 2.Remove screws A using proper tool, then remove filter cover B. 3.Remove filter insert C, replace with new one, if necessary clean filter casing D. 4.Mount filter cover B and tighten using screws A without using any force. 5.Perform a function and leakage test. Do not allow the test pres-sure to exceed the maxi-mum operating pressure of downstream fittings.
