产品简介
本产品适用于额定电压35kV及以下的架空电力线路。
架空绝缘电缆
的型号、名称及使用范围见表8-1。
电缆的机械性能和电性能符合国
家标准GBl4049《额定电压10kV、35kV架空绝缘电缆》和GBl2527
《额定电压1kV及以下架空绝缘电缆》。
其中钢芯铝绞线交联聚乙烯
绝缘架空电缆的缆芯结构参照国标GB／T1179《圆线同心绞架空导
线》，电缆的电性能和绝缘的机械物理性能符合国标GBl4049及
GBl2527。

Aerial insulated cables with rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1KV
产品标准
本产品按GB12527－90《额定电压0.6/1KV及以下架空绝缘电缆》及IEC60502《额定电压1－30KV 挤包绝缘电力电缆及附件》等标准制造。
The product is manufactured according to the standards of GB 12527-90《Aerial insulated cables of rated voltages up to and including 1 KV》and IEC60502《Extruded solid dielectric power cables for rated voltages from 1KV to 30 KV》。
使用特性
额定电压Uo/U为0.6/1KV.
Rated voltage Uo/u:0.6/1KV.
电缆导体的长期允许工作不超过湿度：
聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯绝缘架空电缆：70℃；
交联聚乙烯绝缘架空电缆：90℃。
Max.permissible continuous temperature:
PVC、PE insulated aerial cables:70℃
XLPE insulated aerial cables:90℃.
短路时（最长持续时间不超过5秒）电缆导体的最高温度应不超过：
聚氯乙烯绝缘架空电缆：160℃;
聚乙烯绝缘架空电缆：130℃；
交联聚乙烯绝缘架空电缆：250℃。
Max.short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not execeed:
PVC insulated aerial cabl es: 160℃;
PE insulated aerial cables: 130℃;
XLPE insulated aerial cables: 250℃.
电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于-20℃。

电缆的允许弯曲半径：
电缆外径（D）小于25mm时，应不小于电缆外径的4倍；
电缆外径（D）等于或大于25mm时，应不小于电缆外径的6倍。
The bending radius of cables are recommend as follows:
When the diameter of cables less than 25 mm : not less than 4 times the diameter of cables ; When the diameter of cables not less than 25 mm : not less
当电缆使用于交流系统时，电缆的额定电压至少应等于该系统的额定电压；当电缆使用地直流系统时，该系统的额定电压应不大于电缆额定电压的1.5倍。
When the cables use in alternating current system, rated voltage of cables should be at least equal the rated voltage of the system; When the cables use in direct current system,rated voltage should be not greater than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of the cables . 电缆的型号、名称
