• 湘西菜 • 擅长制作山珍野味、烟熏腊肉和各种腌肉, 口味侧重咸香酸辣,常以柴炭作燃料,有浓 厚的山乡风味。 • 代表菜有:“红烧寒菌”、“板栗烧菜心”、 “湘西酸肉”、“炒血鸭”等,皆为驰名湘 西的佳肴。
