为了使电池生产中的各个工艺环节能自动衔接,并实现统一管理,设计一些输送线将立体库、自动充放电站、滚压抽真空生产线及切边机等连接起来,使成箱的电池根据各自不同的生产阶段,在统一调度下,通过输送线流向各自的生产区域。
输送设备是一种摩擦驱动以连续方式运输物料的机械。
应用它,可以将物料在一定的输送线上,从最初的供料点到最终的卸料点间形成一种物料的输送流程。
它既可以进行碎散物料的输送,也可以进行成件物品的输送。
除进行纯粹的物料输送外,还可以与各工业企业生产流程中的工艺过程的要求相配合,形成有节奏的流水作业运输线。
所以输送设备广泛应用于现代化的各种工业企业中。
产品在装配生产线上被输送的过程中, 往往需要几次转向, 有时是因为进入下一工序, 产品需要掉转方向; 有时是因为前面某一工序加工不合格,需要中途横向下线检修; 也有时只是用转向装置取代输送线上的过渡弯道。
气压升降装置广泛适用于汽车、集装箱、模具制造,木材加工,化工灌装等各类工业企业及生产流水线,满足不同作业高度的升降需求,同时可配装各类台面形式(如滚珠、滚筒、转盘、转向、倾翻、伸缩),配合各种控制方式(分动、联动、防爆),具有升降平稳准确、频繁启动、载重量大等特点,有效解决工业企业中各类升降作业难点,使生产作业轻松自如。
滚筒输送机之间易于衔接过滤,可用多条滚筒线及其它输送设备或专机组成复杂的物流输送系统,完成多方面的工艺需要。
主要由传动滚筒、机架、支架、驱动部等部分组成。
具有输送量大,速度快,运转轻快,滚筒输送机结构简单,可靠性高,使用维护方便,能够实现多品种共线分流输送的特点。
链输送机的轻巧,装置灵活,运行平稳可靠的特点,利用滚筒的升降,滚筒上升下降时候与链的上下位置的距离偏差,使电池箱在滚筒和链上在滚筒输送机上形成换向装置。
满足电池箱通过输送线流向不同的方向,完成不同的调度的任务。
综合运用气压升降装置,滚筒和链传动的特点,实现链传动和滚筒传动上的转向。

The original backward production technology has been unable to meet the production capacity. In order to adapt to the modern an increasingly competitive marketing environment, it is required to do a series of automation improvement for the product process of the lithium. In order to make the battery production process links automatically convergence and unified management, designing several transmission lines to make three-dimensional library, automatic charge and discharge stations, rolling pumping vacuum production lines and trimming machines and so on linked together, so that the boxes of batteries according to different stages of production, in a unified manner through the conveying line flow to the respective production areas.Transportation equipment is the machinery of a friction drive for material transport in a continuous way. Applying it, the material in the transmission line from the initial feed point to the final discharge point will form a material delivery process. It can be a granular material transport, and also into parts of the delivery of goods. In addition to the pure material handling, it can also be compatible with the requirements of the process in the production processes of various industrial enterprises, the formation of the rhythmic flow transport line. Therefore, transportation equipment is widely used in modern industrial enterprises.In the process of transportation of products on assembly production line, the products often requires several steering, sometimes into the next process, the product needs to turn around; sometimes because one of the preceding processing procedures failed, with intermediate lateral off the assembly line maintenance; sometimes just replaced steering the transition bend of the conveyor line.The pneumatic lift device is widely applied in automobiles, containers, mold manufacturing, wood processing, chemical filling and other types of industrial enterprises and production lines to meet different working height of the lift needs, andcan be equipped with all kinds of table forms (such as ball, roller, turntable, turning, tilting, telescopic), with a variety of control methods (sub-action, interaction, explosion-proof), with a smooth and accurate movements, frequent start, the load characteristics of an effective solution to the difficulty of the various types of lifting operations in industrial enterprises, ease of production operations.Roller conveyor is easy to link up and filter between each other and it can be used multiple drum lines and other transportation equipment or plane to form a complex logistics transportation system, to complete a wide range of technology needs. Mainly by the drive pulley, rack, stand, drive unit and other components. With throughput, speed, running light, roller conveyor simple structure, high reliability, easy maintenance, to achieve the multi-species shunt transmission line.The chain drive is lightweight, flexible, stable and reliable device characteristics, the use of the movements of the roller, the roller up and down up and down when the chain where the distance deviation, so that the battery box on the roller conveyor rollers and chain formation of the reversing device. Meet the battery box through the transmission line flows in different directions to complete the scheduling task.The integrated use of the characteristics of the pneumatic lift device, the roller and chain drive realizes the steering on the chain drive and roller drive.
