microexpression
A microexpression is a brief, involuntary（不知不 觉的） facial expression shown on the face of humans when one is trying to conceal（隐瞒） or repress（抑制） an emotion. Unlike regular facial expressions, few can fake(假 装) a microexpression. They consist of and completely resemble（完全反应） the seven universal emotions: disgust, anger, fear, sadness, happiness, surprise, and contempt（蔑视）. Microexpressions can occur as fast as 1/25 of a second.
We , ourselves, do know authenticity [ˌɔ:θenˈtɪsəti] 确实of our words. Our choice to tell the truth or lie just depend on our purpose :what the consequence we really want. Great leader Mr Deng Xiaoping has said, “ A good cat is judged by whether it can catch many mousse instead of whether it is white or black.’ Sometimes a truth are worth a thousand white lies. A truth can also save our valuable human relationship. So I want to say:

Kindness Lies There is no denying that our lives are fully filled with lies, no matter they are white or black. But no matter how sufficient reasons you have to support your objection towards, you should have lied before. Suppose you’re confronted with the challenge which can’t be solve except lying, what will you do. You must absolutely lie. So, regardless of argument about the justice of white lie, what I want to concentrate is that both telling lies and truths are just the way to go over dilemma [dɪˈlemə] 困境 and maintain the human Relationships.
