5.Disclaimers

1)partybisnotresponsibleforanyinterruptionofservice duetoproblems

occurredontheInternetplatformoranyotherreasonsthatc annotbecontrolledbypartyA;

2)partybwillnotberesponsiblefortheinterruptionofser viceowingtoorders

ofgovernmentauthoritiesorjudicialbodies;

3)partyAagreestocompensatepartybanylossattributable tothefaultofthe

partyA;

4)Twopartiesagreethatallclaimsshallbelimitedtodirec tdamagesduetothe

breachofthisAgreement.Innoeventshalleitherpartybeli abletotheotherforanypenalty,consequential,indirect,

specialorincidentaldamagesincluding,butnotlimitedto ,lossofprofitorlossoftechnologyoroperationrightsorl ossofbusinessrights.

6.breachofcontract

Intheeventthateitherpartybreachesanyprovisionofthec ontractthatresultsintheotherpartyincurringeconomicl osses,thepartyinbreachshallbeliabletocompensatetheo therpartyforthecorrespondingeconomiclosses.

7.JurisdictionandLawsuit

1)Thiscontractisconstructedandtobeexecutedandinterp retedbythelawsofthe

2)Anycontroversyorclaimarisinghereunderthatcannotbe resolvedbytheparties
