广交会与老外洽谈的步骤

5、场景5:基于老外没走又接着看你的样品,突然老外问了一句:where is your article XXX export to ?这时你得小心点,这老外八成来者不善,要么你产品侵权,要吗他是最终用户想了解情况,你得稳住了,面带微笑地开始第五句;
这时,卖方应说一句话(相当于没说的话)Our article XXX is very popular in the world market and have exported to certain countries.
6、老外打完电话就站起来走人的情况时,卖方应把客人名片收好再作上记录,然后客气的送客:Thanks for your visit, keep contact and we hope to establish business very soon.
7、老外拿出手机:乌里哇啦和总部汇报了一阵,之后面无表情的对你说:shall we sign the contract now ?(老外决定签合同了)。
老外皱了一下眉头,问了一句让你无法站立的话:what will be the discount for 10 containers order ?(如果定10个集装箱会有多少折扣了)
卖方回答道:We can give you1pctdiscount for this bulk order if you sign thecontract in the fair rightnow .
卖方别太兴奋了,接着说出:Have a seat ,just wait for a moment, would you like to have a cup of coffee, black / expresso ?顺便买杯咖啡给老外喝,卖方边准备合同,
8、老外顺利地签了合同,之后和你说:Please pay attention to quality, we need top quality urgently.My friend.
广交会与老外洽谈的步骤
1.卖方对老外说:May I help you ,sir/Madam ?(在你的摊位附近来了一老外)
2.如果老外问道:May I have your catalog?
卖方回答:Yes,please have a seat , I would be glad to show you.或者说:sorry,sir.we do not have catalog but have all samples here , would you like to have a look?
你得查看报价资料后回答:Our best and competitive price for article XXX is XXX.
老外听了价格后说:Oh,my god, your price is skyhigh ? can I sell you at this price ?
你先别气,仍然面带微笑说下面一句:You are very humor, our price is very reasonable and competitive.虽然你知道价格高,那又有啥办法呢,猪肉都十几块一斤了,汇率又天天升,你可管不了
3.如果老外转身又走了,卖方别急着想其它事,先说第三句:May I have your name card Please?
4.基于老外没走又接着看你的样品,卖方就得认真点了,突然老外问了一句:What is the price for your article No.XXX FOB SHANGHAI?
卖方应脱口而出说:We only export top qualiห้องสมุดไป่ตู้y goods and the delivery time is ensured, my friend.
