经管院[2013]04号重庆大学经济与工商管理学院关于教师发表学术论文奖励办法(2013年修订版)本奖励办法适用于重庆大学经济与工商管理学院的非年薪制教师（以下简称“教师”）。
一、教师申请论文报奖时，由申请者凭论文原件和复印件（包括期刊或论文集封面、目录和文章首页，并在封面上注明申请者姓名）一份，在科研秘书处填写申请表，提出论文发表奖励申请。
二、教师发表的学术论文将依据其登载期刊的类别及作者情况分别予以不同奖励（税前奖励金额）：1．中文经济管理期刊论文中，权威期刊论文为20,000元/篇；A类期刊论文为4,000元/篇；B类（CSSCI核心版、CSCD核心版）期刊论文为1,000元/篇。
2．英文经济管理期刊论文中，A+类期刊论文为120,000/篇；A类期刊论文为60,000/篇；B类期刊论文为30,000/篇；SSCI检索论文为20,000/篇；SCI检索论文为15,000/篇；EI核心版检索论文为10,000/篇。
3．各类学术期刊增刊、专刊或专辑上发表的论文不予奖励，各类学术期刊上发表的短文减半奖励。
中文经济管理权威和A类、英文经济管理A+类、A 类和B类学术期刊名录见附件。
同时符合多种条件的期刊论文只奖励一次，就高不就低。
4．发表中文期刊论文且符合下述情况，按奖励标准发放全额奖励金：第一作者为教师本人，或第一作者为教师作为导师或副导师（需研究生院批准）指导的研究生而第二作者为教师本人，而且作者单位是重庆大学经济与工商管理学院（单位排名第一）。
5．发表英文期刊论文且符合下述情况，按奖励标准发放全额奖励金：第一作者为教师本人，而且第一单位是重庆大学经济与工商管理学院；或通讯作者为教师本人，而且通讯作者第一单位是重庆大学经济与工商管理学院；第一作者和通讯作者为本院不同教师时，奖励金由两人分享，由两人给出双方签名同意的书面分配方案。
无通讯作者时，第一作者为教师作为导师或副导师（需研究生院批准）指导的研究生而第二作者为教师本人，而且作者单位是重庆大学经济与工商管理学院（单位排名第一）。
6. 教师与境外单位合作发表英文A+和A类期刊论文，且不符合第5条规定，如果教师本人的单位只署重庆大学经济与工商管理学院时，教师为第二作者，按奖励标准发放30%的奖励金；教师为第三作者，按奖励标准发放20%奖励金。
排名前三之后的不予奖励。
一篇论文只奖励一名教师（排名靠前者）。
7．发表在国内期刊英文版上的学术论文，视同国内同类期刊中文版上的学术论文对待。
8．国际、国内会议论文不予奖励。
三、以上论文奖励办法自2013年1月1日起执行。
四、本次修订的奖励办法若与原有的奖励办法出现冲突，以本奖励办法为准。
