亲子沟通是影响亲子关系质量的基本因素,对青少年性格和行为的塑造也起着决定性的作用。

随着现代社会的变迁和家庭的转型,加之青少年自身的特点和父母本身科学文化知识的有限,亲子沟通出现了一些问题,并且影响到了青少年的健康成长。

本论文研究的主要方式和过程如下,首先对那些已经出现沟通障碍的父母和孩子进行调查,收集知料;然后对访谈的结果进行定性的分析,说明亲子沟通障碍现状,总结影响亲子沟通的一些主要因素,找出造成障碍的主要原因;最后以平等互动沟通模式为指南来探讨克服亲子沟通障碍的方法,提出一些改善沟通障碍的具体意见以提高亲子沟通质量。

最后也希望有更多的人关注亲子沟通,关注亲子关系,最终促进青少年健康成长。

关键词:青少年;亲子沟通;沟通障碍;沟通原理;平等互动沟通模式The investigation and analysis of actuality and reasons ofteenagers parent-child’s communication obstaclesAbstractParent-child communication that is based on parent-childrelationship is an interaction process between parents and children, and it is a part of the family education. Parent-child communication not only plays a positive impact in parent-child relationship but also plays a decisive role to shape the character and behavior of the teenager. Parent-child communication has appeared a lot of problems because of the teenager’s body and mind development characteristics and the shortage of knowledge as the change of society and the family. These problems have some negative effects on the teenager’s healthy growth. This article consists of foursections: at first I collected enough information from these between parents and children who have already appeared communication obstacles; the second I analyze the investigation information to explain the present situation of the parent-child communication obstacles, and found those important influence factors and the main reason in communication obstacles; at the last to equal mode of communication for guide to explore some methods which will overcome parent-child communication obstacles and put forward some advice to improve the quality of parent-child communication.
