冠状动脉钙化病变处理的技术与策略
工作机理
球囊扩张时螺旋形的金属丝滑动和旋转,线性切割斑块 在低压下有效扩张病变,稳定不滑动 球囊回缩后,笼子回缩变为原来紧缩的形态 较双导丝球囊及切割球囊具有更长的线性切割能力
病理改变
切割球囊
• 损伤近位于刀片部位 • 中膜完整,无明显中断 • 内皮层相对完整
普通球囊
• 中膜多处明显撕裂 • 内皮层完全破坏 • 血肿形成
