BESIDES BUT EXCEPT的区别：
①besides 除……之外还有……Ex：We passed the exam besides Mary.(大家都通过了
考试，而且Mary也通过了考试)
②except 除了…之外没有了Ex: Everyone else in my class was invited except me.
③Except for …以外多表示主要部分的肯定或局部部分的否定，可放在句首或句
④But 等同于except 放在句中Ex: I spent out every mail, but Tom’s.(我寄出了所有的
信,除了Tim的)

EITHER BOTH NEITHER 的区别：
①either 后跟单数名词，不是这个就是那一个，两者中任意一；either of 表示两个事
物中的的某一；either of them 哪一个都行。

②both 指两个人或物，加在名词前；当both加在代词前时，必须加of （both of us）
③neither 指两个人或物，两者都不。

后加单数名词；neither of 等同于either of；neither
of them 哪一个都不行。

12. 以so/ neiter引导的简短回答
①以so/ neiter引导的简短回答必须用倒装形式，so/ neiter+助词+主语
②假如前句肯定，后用so开头；如前句否定，后用neither开头
③前后两句时态一致–I’m hungry. –So am I
④助词包括can/do/be/will
例句：-I want some coffee. –So do I.
-I have some small change. –So have I.
- I’m not tired. –Neither am I.
