Notes
1. The passport as an important identity document, should be properly stored and used by the bearer and shall not be altered, transferred, intentionally damaged. It shall not be detained by any organization or individual.
2.The issuance, renewal, replacement and filling of the passport arecommissioned by the institutions of the Exit-Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security or the Ministry of Public Security Public Security Bureau management agencies, and other overseas Chinese embassies, consulates or other foreign agencies abroad commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Institutions.
3. If the passport is lost or stolen in the country, the bearer should report to the local or domicile Public Security Bureau management agencies immediately .If in foreign Countries, the bearer should be report to the local or near the Chinese embassy, consulate or the foreign agencies abroad commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs immediately.
4. For short-term overseas citizens abroad, if the passport is lost, stolen and other circumstances, the travel document of the People's Republic of China should be applied in Chinese embassies, consulates or the foreign agencies abroad commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.。
