非常高兴再次来到南京，第三次参加现代与经典全国小学英语教学观摩研讨会的活动。
同时，非常荣幸能够有这样的机会和大家一起分享一下自己在小学英语课堂教学中的一些感受和体验。
希望我所谈到的内容不至于太乏味、太空洞、太无聊。
89年大学毕业以来，一直在教学第一线工作。
学校换了很多所，从内地的公立中学、到广东的私立学校、到现在的顺德一中；学生教了不同年段，最低小学一年级，最高高三毕业班和职业中专的旅游英语；公开课、比赛课上了不少，也取得了一些成绩。
02年获得中国教育学会组织的第二届全国小学英语优质课竞赛一等奖；03年获得中央电教馆组织的信息技术与学科教学整合课的特等奖；04年被评为全国优秀小学英语教师。
但是，不知道是什么原因，似乎本人一直没有官运。
但是，也许正是因为如此，所以，在平常的教学工作中多了一份宁静、多了一些实践，同时也多了一些思考。
也许是慢慢地在衰老，所以，最近两年萌生了一个念头。
那就是想把自己在英语教学中的一些感受或者经验作一个回顾、反思和总结，期望通过这种形式不仅帮助自己不断进步，同时更希望自己的这些反思能给更多的战友以借鉴。
可能是因为比较喜欢金庸的武侠小说的原因，所以，我暂时把自己所写的东西叫做：我的“武林秘籍”。
这里的武林，是指英语课堂教学之林。
秘籍的籍，是指经过长期实践、认真反思、科学提炼而成的文字性的材料。
而秘籍的秘，则是一直没有在“公开”场合“大言不惭”的介绍过。
今天我的“武林秘籍”将重点谈的问题是“小学英语课堂教学设计”。
记得有这样一部美国影片，叫做《阿甘正传》。
里面有一首主题歌，歌名叫做Blowing in the wind. 《风中飘荡》。
我想首先把歌词给大家介绍一下。

最近两年时间里，我先后四次来到南京，向大家汇报自己在小学英语课堂教学的情况。
在这四次南京的授课活动中，有三次是在我们“现代与经典”这个舞台。
在南京我先后上了这样四堂课。
