5.1 Apparatus 实验装置
- DC voltage source, with current limitation, capable of applying 500V or 1000V plus twice the maximum
system voltage of the module
将限流装置的直流电压源,可输出500V 电压或1000V 加上两倍最大系统电压值电压 - An instrument to measure the insulation resistance.

5.2 Testing appraoch 测试方法
- Connect the shorted output terminals of the module to the positive terminal of a d.c.insulation tester with a
current limitation.
将组件引出线短路后接到有限流装置的直流绝缘测试仪的正极。
- Connect the exposed metal parts of te module to the negative terminal of the tester.if the module has no
frame or if the frame is a poor electrical conductor,wrap a conductive foil around the edges and over the back of the module.Connect the foil to the negative terminal of the tester.
将组件暴露的金属部分接到绝缘测试仪的负极。
如果组件无边框,或边框是不良导体,可为组件安装一实验的金属支架,再将其连接到绝缘测试仪的负极。

Increase the voltage applied by the tester at a rate not exceeding 500V/S to a maximum equal to 1000V plus twice the maximum system voltage (i.e.the maximum system voltage marked on the moudle by the manufacturer).If the maximum system voltage does not exceed 50V,the applied voltage shall be 500v.Maintain the voltage at this level for 1 min.
以不大于500V/S 的速率增加绝缘测试仪的电压,直到等于1000V 加上两倍的系统最大电压(即制造厂标注在组件上的最大系统电压)。
如果系统的最大电压不超过50V ,所施加的电压应为500V ,维持此电压1分钟。

Reduce the applied voltage to zero and short-circuit the terminals of the test equipment to discharge the voltage build-up in te module.
降低电压为零,将绝缘测试仪的正负极短路放掉组件的内建电压。
- Remove the short circuit.
拆去绝缘测试仪正负极的短路。

Increase the coltage applied by the test equipment at a rate not to exceed 500v/s to 500v or the maximum system voltage for the module, whichever is greater.Maintain the voltage at this level for 2 min.Then determine the insulation resistance.
以不大于500V/S 的速率增加绝缘测试仪的电压,直到等于500V 或最大系统电压,维持此电压2分钟,测量绝缘电阻。

Reduce the applied voltage to zero and short-circuit the terminals of the test equipment to discharge the voltage build-up in the module.
降低电压为零,将绝缘测试仪的正负极短路放掉组件的内建电压。

Remove the short circuit and disconnect the test equipment form the module. 拆去绝缘测试仪正负极短路,断开测试仪与组件的连接。
5.3 Pass criteria 合格标准
- No dielectric breakdown or surface tracking during 5.2.
在5.2中,无绝缘击穿或表面破裂现象。
- For modules with an ares of less than 0.1㎡ the insulation resistance shall be not less than 400M Ω
对于面积小于0.1㎡的组件,其绝缘电阻应不小于400M Ω。
- For modules with an area larger than 0.1㎡ the measured insulation resistance times the area of the module
shall be not less than 40 M Ω/㎡.
对于面积大于0.1㎡的组件,其绝缘电阻与组件面积的倍数关系应不低于40 M Ω/㎡。
