建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下,根据设计任务书的要求,综合考虑基地环境、使用功能、综合选型、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。
着重解决了建筑物与周围环境、建筑物与各种细部构造,最终确定设计方案,画出建筑施工图。
结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案;选择合理的结构体系;进行结构布置,并初步估算,确定结构构件尺寸,进行结构计算。
结构计算包括荷载计算、变形验算、内力分析及截面设计,并绘制相关的结构施工图。
在总体规划设计时,考虑到场地要求、绿化设施、其它功能要求,以及周围建筑物的影响,设计时采用一字型。
总之,适用、安全、经济、使用方便是本设计的原则,两部分空间合理,连接紧凑,主次分明,使建筑空间的舒适度加以提高。
框架结构是目前应用最为广泛的结构形式之一,由梁和柱组成的结构叫框架结构,这种结构形式有优点也有自身的缺点,缺点是侧向变形大,抗侧刚度大,优点是建筑平面布置灵活,可以做成较大空间的会议室,车间,住宅等,可以分割成小房间,或拆除隔断改成大空间结构,立面也富有变化,通过合理设计,框架结构本身的抗震性能良好,能承受较大荷载,能承受较大变形。
本次设计的任务要求有:建筑设计,结构设计,结构计算三部分。
建筑设计包括:总平面图,平面图,立面图,剖面图及节点大样图。
结构设计包括:梁板布置图、配筋图、构件详图。
根据民用建筑实用、经济原则,在可能的条件下,注意美观的原则,本设计首先考虑旅馆的实用性,经济实用,充分显示现代建筑的特点。
通过本次设计,我们学到了不少知识,分析问题、解决问题的能力有所提高,对今后的学习和工作有很大的帮助。
知识水平有所提高,基本上将所学到的知识全部应用于设计中。
但由于初次设计,水平有限,错误在所难免,敬请老师指正。

梁板柱均为现浇,建筑面积约为8950m2,建筑物平面为L形,宽20.2m,长为80.5m.首层层高为4.2m,标准层层高为3.9 m,共20.7m。
拟建房屋所在地的设计地震动参数αmax=0.08,T g=0.35s,基本雪压S0=0.40KN/ m²,基本风压ω0=0.45KN/ m²,地面粗糙度为B类。
地表下黄土垂直及水平分布较均匀,为可塑性状态,中等压缩性、弱湿陷性,属于Ⅰ级非自重湿陷性黄土地基。
土的自重为19 KN/m³,孔隙比为0.8,液性指标为0.833,地基承载力特征值f ak=150 KN/ m²,土壤最大冻结深度为50cm。
