Statement of Agreement协议内容：01. Area of the sole agent: Only Denmark.独家代理区域：丹麦整个国家；02. Period of validity for the sole agent: from January 1,2011 to December 31 2011独家代理期限：2011年1月1日至2011年12月31日03. Term and condition of the sole agent:独家代理条件和条款：Sales Volume: CNY EURO销售额要求：人民币元，欧罗。
If MoreMore’s annual sales volume in the year of 2011could not reach the sales volume as above, ShengSheng has the ri ght to cancel MoreMore’s sole agent right in Denmark.如果丹麦MOREMORE客户在2011年的销售额达不到以上要求，盛盛公司有权取消其在丹麦国家之内的独家代理权。
01. FOB Zhongshan Port EURO.FOB中山港（欧罗）；02. Regarding the parts from other factories, MoreMore will pay for the corresponding labour cost of unloading and loading the cargo inShengSheng company. MoreMore will share the ORC cost and trucking fee according the volume of the parts from other factories. If the cargo exported from other ports(not Zhongshan Port), MoreMore will also make up for the trucking fee difference that between export from Zhongshan and from any other port.关于拼柜配件，MOREMORE将支付拼柜配件在盛盛公司之内的卸货和装货费用；根据拼柜配件的体积，MOREMORE将分担相应的ORC费用和拖车费用；如果不是从中山港出口的，MOREMORE还将承担由此产生的拖车费差价。
03. All the products’ CNY prices are fixed except the cases as below, 除以下特殊情形外，所有产品的人民币价格保持不变，(01) Increase or decrease of the cost in materials or production techniques since the new demands of MoreMore.由于MOREMORE对某款产品的新需求而导致的用料增减或工艺变化而导致价格上的变化。
(02) ShengSheng has the right to adjust th e price if the related materials’ cost fluctuates greatly and affects the products’ whole cost greatly.当原材料价格波动过大而对产品的整体成本影响过大时，盛盛公司有权根据形势对产品价格进行相应的调整。
04. All the products’ EURO prices are valid for per half a year that base on the average exchange rate of the previous half a year, for example: The CNY price is A, and during the period from January 1, 2011 to June 30, 2011, theexchange rate is B, therefore the EURO price C for the next half year will be C=A/B.所有产品的欧元价格在半年内有效，并且是根据人民币价格和上一个半年的平均汇率换算得来的，比如说：人民币价格为A，2011年上半年的平均汇率为B，那么2011下半年的欧元价格C即为C=A/B。
Payment Terms: TT 20% as the deposit, the balance to be paid 10 working days before ETA, then the original B/L will be sent after receiving the full payment.先通过电汇支付货款全款的20%作为定金，盛盛公司开始订单评审和生产加工，余款在货物到达目的港的前十个工作日内通过电汇方式予以支付，在收到余款后，联系公司再将提单原件等相关文件寄出给MOREMORE。
ShengSheng will try the utmost best to fulfill the delivery time for MoreMore’s orders. Normally ShengSheng needs 15-20 days for materials preparation, and then 1 container by two days. MoreMore will provide ShengSheng with the preliminary purchasing order, so ShengSheng can prepare some materials in advance and save in time in some degree to finish the order.盛盛公司将尽最大的努力来达成丹麦MOREMORE的交货期。
通常来说，备料需要15-20天的时间，然后每个柜再加上两天的时间，如：一个柜需要17-22天的时间，两个柜需要19-24天的时间，三个柜需要21-26天的时间。
丹麦MOREMORE可提前告知盛盛公司的采购计划（如：初步的采购订单），以便盛盛公司根据初步的订单需求提前准备相关原材料。
01. Spare parts (Free): ShengSheng supply spas,simplebathtubs,massage bathtubs to MoreMore, with 2 years warranty for the shell only, and 1 year for the main parts including the ozonizer,pillow,cover and exclude the heater element and the filter. During the warranty period, if there are some components, parts as above are broken, ShengSheng will supply the components,parts to MoreMore for replacement free of charge. Furthermore, the spare parts will be shipped to MoreMore via the container(s) , by express or by air according to MoreMore’s arrangement, and ShengSheng is not responsible for any related transportation fees of the spare parts. Furthermore, all the spare parts’ total amount must be less than 2% of per order’s total amount.免费备品配件：盛盛公司所有向MOREMORE客户出售的大缸、小缸保修期如下：缸体保修两年，主要配件（如：臭氧、枕头、缸盖）保修一年，恒温炉发热管和纸芯由于属于低值易耗品不在保修范围之内。
在保修期间，如果有些配件部件受损或出故障，盛盛公司将向MOREMORE免费提供相应的备品配件，另外每次备品配件的总价值必须控制在每次订单总金额的2%以内。
这些备品配件是随柜发，还是通过快递发，还是通过空运发，需事先通知盛盛公司，盛盛公司只作相应的协助，盛盛公司不负责因配件备品快递或空运产生的任何费用，具体由MOREMORE做出安排。

Regarding the claim of the customers, in priciple, ShengShengneed MoreMore to provide the details as below,(01) Product: Model No., Production Date, Serial Number.(02) What’s the trouble: related photos and description.(03) How to solve:A. Need the parts,components for replacement.B. Need ShengSheng to analyze and solve the problem, improve the quality or production technique.关于客诉：原则上来说，盛盛公司需要MOREMORE提供如下相关详情：（01）产品：产品型号、生产日期、产品编号；（02）问题或故障：相关图片及文字说明；（03）希望如何解决：A，只需要盛盛公司提供相关配件备品；B，需要盛盛公司进行针对性的对问题或故障进行分析并加以解决；C，需要盛盛公司在日后生产过程中对相关品质或工艺加以改进和提升。
