此规范的目的为建立ITO Glass进料检验程序及允收标准，以确保供货商交货质量符合生产要求。
The purpose of this specification is to define the incoming inspection procedure and requirements for controlling ITO glass quality.

此份规范适用于供货商进料之ITO Glass产品。

4．定义Definition
4.1严重缺点：严重缺点是指根据判断及经验，显示对使用、维修或依赖该产品的人员有发生危险或不安全结果的缺点，或是由判断及经验指出主要的最终产品项目，如船舰、飞机、战车、飞弹或宇宙飞船等，有一个缺点可能无法达成战术任务之谓。
Critical defect :A critical defect is a defect that judgment and experience indicate would result in hazardous or unsafe conditions for individual using ,maintaining ,or depending upon the product ,or a defect that judgment and experience indicate is likely to prevent performance of the tactical function of a major end item such as a ship ,aircraft ,tank ,missile ,or space vehicle.
4.2 主要缺点：主要缺点是指严重缺点以外的缺点，其结果可能导致故障，或实质上降低产品单位的使用性能，以致无法达成期望的目标。
Major defect : A major defect is a defect, other than critical , that is likely to result in failure , or to reduce materially the usability of the unit of product for its intended purpose.
4.3 次要缺点：次要缺点是指产品单位的使用也许实质上不致减低其期望目的的缺点或虽与已设定的标准有差异，但在产品单位的使用与操作效用上，并无太大影响。
Minor defect : a major defect is a defect , other than critical , that is likely to result in failure , or to reduce materially the usability of the unit of product for its intended purpose.

5.1.5 四点式阻抗计4-Probe Meter
5.1.6 线性测试机Linear Tester
5.2 抽样方式Sampling Plan
5.2.1 规格量测及功能检验：10片/批，AQL=0，1个缺点（含）以上则拒收。
Dimension measuring and function test: 10pcs/lot, 0 defect:accept/1defect found:reject.
5.2.2 外观检验：抽样计划参考MIL-STD-105E LEVEL‖抽样表，正常检验AQL=1.0.
Appearance:MIL-STD-105E LEVEL‖AQL of general inspection level(AQL=1.0).
5.3 检验环境 Inspection Environment
5.3.1 环境温度：22±30C 检视距离：30±5cm

5.3.2 检视照度：600~800Lux
Lighting illumination: 600~800Lux
5.3.3 背影颜色：黑色 Background color:Black.
