机械力、洗涤液、水是洗衣机洗涤过程中的三要素。
洗衣机运动部件产生的机械力和洗涤液的作用使污垢与衣物纤维脱离。
加热洗涤液,可增强去污效果。
织物不同,适宜液温也不同。
反映洗衣机洗涤性能(即洗净衣物的能力)的主要指标是洗净率(或洗净比)和织物磨损率。
2.洗衣机的分类[3](1)按结构形式分单桶、双桶、多桶型(2)按洗涤方式/结构原理分A.滚筒式洗衣机:衣物半浸没于水中,滚筒作有规律的间歇的正反转动,*滚筒内凸筋把衣物带至高处再跌下,起揉搓作用,进行洗涤。
类型:(1)前装式滚筒洗衣机(2)顶装式滚筒洗衣机B.波轮式(涡卷式)洗衣机:优点:结构简单,体积小,重量轻,操作方便,耗电量少,洗净率高。
缺点:漂洗衣物不均匀,损衣率高。
C.搅拌式或摆动(叶)式洗衣机:洗衣机有一根主柱,由电动机带动摆动叶绕定轴作周期往复运动,每次转动角度小于360度。
D.其他:喷流式、喷射式、振动式等,市场上比较少见。
(3)按自动化程度分A.普通型洗衣机:搅拌动作为电动机带动正转、反转及停*定时器控制而进水、排水、脱水等完全手动。
