INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION OF TRAYS内件安装说明2006年5月16日1. SCOPE范围This specification covers the general requirements of Flexivalve trays, Sieve trays, Bubble cap trays and High Performance Trays furnished by Honglang.该说明包含了由宏朗石化设备制造有限公司提供的浮阀塔、筛板塔、泡罩塔及高性能塔的塔盘的总体要求。
2. PREPARATION OF INSTALLATION WORK安装前的准备2-1 GENERAL总述All component parts of trays shall be installed in accordance with drawings concerned and within tolerances indicated Table 1. Prior to commencing installation work, followings shall be performed carefully.塔盘的所有部件安装时都应与图纸保持一致，并符合表1。
在着手安装前，应仔细做到以下几点：- Review drawings concerned in order to confirm all identification marks, kinds and quantities of parts, position and direction to be placed, and method of installation work.看图，确认所有的标识、材质、数量及安装的位置、方位及方法。
- Confirm the numbers of parts delivered in accordance with “Packing List”.确认交货的部件数目与“Packing List”一致。
- If any shortages, damages or any questions are found, they shall be informed to Honglang and solved before installation work.如有缺少、损坏或其他问题，应通知宏朗石化设备制造有限公司并在安装前将问题解决。
2-2 REFERENCEThe drawings and documents to be used for installation of trays consist of followings:用于安装塔盘的图和文档应包含以下部分：(1) “INSTALLATION DRAWING “ provides general installation information such as tray parts nomenclature, installation notes, gasket location, whole layout and bolting assembly etc.安装图应提供大体的安装信息，诸如塔盘板命名、安装注意事项、垫圈位置、总的布局、螺栓安装等。
(2) “PARTS LIST AND HARDWARE LIST” provides Bill of materials for each drawing“PARTS LIST AND HARDWARE LIST”应提供每张图的所用的材料清单。
(3) “PACKING LIST” lists all parts contained for each packages.“PACKING LIST”应列出每个包装箱的所有部件。
2-3 STORAGE AND CARRYING OF PARTS零部件的存放与搬运(1) Small parts such as bolts, nuts, washers, clamps and seal plates shall be stored in orderthat they can be identified and used immediately when required. Table 1 shows diestamped marks for each material in order to avoid confusion.小的部件诸如螺栓、螺母、垫圈、卡子、密封盘之类的应存放好，以便需要时能立刻找到。
表1列出了每种材料的标记以免混淆。
(2) Large parts such as tray floors and downcomers shall be taken out from container orpackages and carefully be classified into each piece number and laid down around acolumn to be assembled.大的部件诸如塔盘板、降液板等应从包装箱中取出，并逐件仔细堆放在将要装配的塔周围。
(3) During installation work, all small parts of trays shall be carried with suitable container.在安装过程中，所有的小部件都应用合适的容器存放搬运。
(4) Parts shall be cleaned and free from dust, sand, slug, and other foreign materials, wheninserting them into the column.部件在装配如塔内前应做清洁工作，不能有灰尘、沙粒、粘稠物等。
2-4 TIGHTENING OF BOLTS紧螺栓Tightening torque of M10 or 3/8”size bolts should be 10 through 14 Ft-Lb ( 1.4 through 2.0 kg.m ) except soften material like aluminum. ( Refer to Table 1 )除了软质材料（例如铝）（见表1）其他的螺栓在上紧时的力矩应为1.4至2.0 kg.m（螺栓规格为M10或3/8”）2-5 INSTALLATION WORK PROCEDURE安装2.5.1 STARTING OF INSTALLATIONIn general, tray installation work shall be started from bottom sides of tower toward top.塔盘安装应从塔底向塔顶进行。
2.5.2 INSTALLATION WORK SEQUENCE ON EACH TRAY各塔盘的依次安装(1) Major Beam ( if required ) - The major beams shall be attached so as to be leveled withthe support ring.主梁（如果有使用）——主梁应与支撑圈保持齐平。
(2) Downcomer - Install Lower downcomer keeping a specified downcomer clearancebetween downcomer end and tray floor below. Then, tighten clamping bolts temporarilyto bolting bars.降液管——根据底隙来安装下降液管，然后先暂时上紧连接板上的卡子。
(3) Downcomer Truss ( Upper downcomer ) – Place both ends of outlet weir portion of adowncomer truss onto a support ring after checking dimensions.降液管梁（上降液管）——检查过尺寸后，安装上降液管使出口堰两断正好防在支撑圈上表面上。
- Tighten bolts on an outlet weir portion to bolting bars.将出口堰上的连接件螺栓紧固到连接板上- Tighten bolts on a downcomer truss portion to bolting bars.将上降液管上的螺栓紧固到连接板上- Tighten bolts on a juggled portion of a downcomer truss to a lower downcomer. Confirmdowmcomer clearance is correct.确认降液管底隙是否正确，将连接上下降液管的螺栓上紧- Tighten clamping bolts on a lower downcomer to a bolting bar.将下降液管上的卡子的螺栓紧固到连接板上(4) TRAY FLOOR塔盘板Tray support ring shall be cleaned and free from dusts, sand, slugs, and any otherforeign materials, before installation.在安装前，塔盘支撑圈应做清洁工作，不能有灰尘、沙粒等Tray floors shall, at first, be trial assembled and tightened temporarily with clamps tosupport ring, to downcomer and to adjacent tray floors.首先，应先预组装塔盘，并暂时先上紧与支撑圈、降液管、邻近塔盘的相连的卡子After checking excessive bolting up, correct layout, dimensions and levelness, tightenbolts on tray floors except for those around manway panel.等核对过螺栓上紧度，检查过布局、尺寸、水平度后，将塔盘上除通道板以外的螺栓上紧。
Then, tighten clamps on the peripheries of tray floors.然后将塔盘外围的卡子上紧。
It should be considered that excessive tightening of clamps may cause deformation ortwisting at tray floors to support ring joint.同时要考虑到，卡子上的过紧会使塔盘板与支撑圈的连接变形或扭曲。
