用英语回答你怎么处理平常遇到的失败感？对海信的了解，对销售的看法英语面试时问的领导者需具备那些才能简单介绍自己，专业知识你的业余时间都干什么●今年的英语群面分两种情况，第一种，英文自我介绍+问题，问题就是坛子里面大家分享的那些，包括你的优点，缺点，你对工作的要求，你最喜欢的运动，etc. HR有个题目文档吧，看着笔记本问的。

别的不知道啦。
英语面试的时候，这么凑巧，楼主遇到了初中同桌做HR，后来知道她是刚刚进海信，做技术，被拉来HR做校招。
海信人资人手不够。
这一轮基本没刷人，用大家的话说就是第一轮的英语面简直就是耍人。
当晚，大家都收到了第二天无领导小组面试的通知。
●下一点，一般来说，三轮面试吧。
我说的是做技术类的。
一轮——集团群面，英文的，自我介绍一两个小问题，很简单，你要做的就是网上搜一个自我介绍背熟了，再就是，问你问题的时候不要做死，什么叫做死？比如说，问你喜欢看什么书？你回答《Harry Potter 》，很好；你要是回答《三国演义》你就是白痴了，你会英文说三国演义吗？你回答了三国演义他就可以问你最喜欢谁，为什么喜欢。
然后慢慢的你就S13了。
●面试官一共有三个，一个外国男的，和两个中国女的～我们组一共9个，居然只有我一个男的，湖大的也只有3个，另外6个全是中南的，真汗。
面试开始了，原来很简单，就是两个过程，9人每人自我介绍1-2分钟，然后那个外国人再问每人一个问题就ok了。
自我介绍，大家都是准备好了的，大多人都没啥问题，我也说得很流利。
