1.先3min读阅读，找出阅读的主题和3个中心论点;
2.听听力，把握听力的中心论点，分论点及论据;
3.听力内容听懂之后，20min计时写作，写完后检查自己的语法错误(三单、人称和时态);
4.听力内容听一遍之后没有听懂，则先不进行第三步，反复听听力音频直至听懂为止，补充第一遍的笔记，然后再去计时写作;
5.对于听4、5遍仍然听不懂的，不进行写作。
直接做听写，在听写的文本中标出听力的中心论点、分论点和论据;
6.听写完成之后，再按照考试的流程，进行上述前三步;
