1Cr13的非热处理状态的硬度≤200HB:力学性能●力学性能:抗拉强度σb (MPa):淬火回火,≥540;条件屈服强度σ0.2 (MPa):淬火回火,≥345;伸长率δ5 (%):淬火回火,≥25;断面收缩率ψ (%):淬火回火,≥55;冲击功Akv (J):淬火回火,≥78;硬度:退火,≤200HB;淬火回火,≥159HB。

●1Cr13淬火加热温度:1000-1050度,保温1到3小时,空冷,按回火温度高低不同,硬度随之不同。

580-650度回火,水冷,硬度HBS为254-302;560-620度回火,水冷,硬度HBS为285-341;550-580度回火,水冷,硬度HBS为254-362 ;520-560度回火,水冷,硬度HBS为341-388;小于300度回火,空冷,硬度HBS大于388。

为了能用硬度试验代替某些机械性能试验,生产上需要一个比较准确的硬度和强度的换算关系。

实践证明,金属材料的各种硬度值之间,硬度值与强度值之间具有近似的相应关系。

因为硬度值是由起始塑性变形抗力和继续塑性变形抗力决定的,材料的强度越高,塑性变形抗力越高,硬度值也就越高。
