重庆长都假日酒店防火安全制度与程序
Purpose 目的
Reinforce the management of fire origination. Defend the fire to happen and guarantee the safe of hotel personnel and property.
加强火源的管理，预防火灾事故发生，确保酒店人身、财产安全。

Policy 制度
1、严格用火审批制度。

凡生产、生活用火，均应报保安部审批，符合安全规定发给“用
火许可证”。

凡领取“用火许可证”的单位或部门，必须严格遵守“用火许可证”上注明的注意的事项。

否则，不准用火。

Strict fire using examines and approves system. All using fire in produce and live, should report to security department, if that is accord with safety rules, security department will offer “ license for using fire” if any unit or department got this license , all the advertent proceeding on the license must be abided strictly. Otherwise, do not use fire.
2、火源距可燃物不小于１．５Ｍ，金属烟筒距可燃墙壁、屋顶不小于７０ＣＭ，距可
燃窗、墙时，必须在周围用不燃材料隔开。

Fire mustn’t be apart from combustible less than 1.5M, metal smoke canister mustn’t be apart from wall and roof less than 70cm, when be apart from burning windows and wall, must be blocked off materia ls which can’t be burned around.
3、靠近火源周围严禁堆放木屑、刨花、棉纱等可燃物和易燃物，保持炉灶场地的清洁
卫生。

Strictly prohibit piling up wood scraps, paring, cotton yarn and something easy to be
burned near the fire, keep cooking range field clean.
4、严禁用易燃液体和可燃液体引火生炉。

对漏火和不符合安全规定的用火工具，必须
修好后使用。

木地面必须采取安全可靠的防火隔热措施，保证用火设备完好。

Strictly prohibit to use liquid which is easy to be burned to make stove burning, for some fire tools which is fall short of safety rules and fire leaking, must be mended before using, we should adopt fireproofing and heat insulation measure on the wood floor on the safe side. Ensure fire equipment well.
5、禁止在各种火源旁烘烤衣物,所有炉灶内取出的沪渣、炉灰，必须熄灭或少水浇灭后
倒入指定的安全地点。

Forbid to firing clothes in all kinds of fire, the stove dregs and ash get out from stove must be crushed out or watered before close down to safety place.
6、各生产场地的可燃废物（如刨花、锯屑、碎布、纸屑、草袋子）要及时清除，沾油
的擦洗的材料（油棉纱、油抹布）在工作完毕后，要彻底清除，放到专高带盖的金属容器内，容器必须放置在安全地点。

The rubbish which can be burned in all kinds of produce ground (such as paring, sawdust, rag, wastepaper, grass bag) should be cleaned up in time, the scrub materials which is stained with oil (such as oil cotton yarn, oil dishcloth) should be cleaned up after finishing the work, then
7、禁火区、禁火部位，严禁烟火。

如工作需要动火，必须先向保安部提出申请，办理
用火手续。

否则，不准用火。

Prohibit fire area, prohibit fire part, and strictly prohibit fire. If we need fire in our work, must apply to security department, and transact fire using procedure, otherwise, not allow using fire.。
