This Paper particularly presents the design of each module of voltage-decrease switch mode DC-DC convertor with its control and feedback circuits. It is devided into three parts which are called DC-DC convertor, outer voltage system controlled by single chip, outer voltage controlled by closed loop. These three parts explain the principle of the realization. It has an input voltage of 20~30V and an output of 5~10V, while the errors of the opened-loop and closed-loop control are both restricted within ±0.05V. This type of power supply uses TL494 as its core element. The MCS dominates the connection and disconnection of the switch audion through the output of PWM signal, in order to control the output voltage. Moreover, the ADC converts the output signal and feed back to MCS, which can then analyse and deal with it.
