参数设置
r值是指成形材料的平均应变比或各向异性属性,r值越高,则材料受拉
变薄或受压变厚时受到的阻力越大。r值的大小影响到通用弯边特征转 换到其他状态时的形状。 打开Area Preserve(保留面积)开关项相当于给r指定了一个无穷大的 值,均匀材料的默认r值为1.0。 边缘轮廓总是沿着折弯边保持固定不变的,而外轮廓边的变形可以用 Along Section (沿截面)或Bi-direction (双向)变形选项来控制(见图519)。 Along Section (沿截面):这个选项是按照法向垂直于控制脊线的截面来 计算变形的(注意没有选择脊线时折弯边作为默认的脊线)。此时,弯 边的底边仍垂直于控制脊线,而远边会变形。 Bi-direction (双向):这个选项允许通用弯边在展开时弯边在三个外轮廓 边上同时变形。

Profile Flange
Profile Flange allows you to create a set of bends that attach to existing geometry and wrap around existing geometry. You will need to define a section profile (side view) using the sketcher. Once the section Profile is defined, you can also redefine/edit the default Web Profile (Top/Flat Pattern View). Width can be defined using a combination of Width, Start Offset and End Offset values. You have an option to add/edit/delete bends to the flange that are not in the plane of the Section Profile. Accomplish this by using the Multibend Bracket dialog that is accessible from the Profile Flange dialog. This feature is controlled by two sketches, i.e., one section view sketch and the other a web view or the Top/Flat Pattern view sketch. The Section Profile can be used to define the number of bends and the location of each and the Web Profile can be used to define the final shape (outline) of the solid.

Introduction
钣金零件主要有两种类型: 1、折弯成型零件
特点:形状比较规则,可以完全由 Sheet Metal Feature来造型。
展开:其变形主要是单向材料流动, 可以利用中性层系数来精确展开。
2、拉深成型零件
特点:形状比较复杂,有许多自由 曲面,通常用实体与曲面相结合的 方法来造型,然后通过抽壳来生成 最后零件。 展开:由于零件以塑性变形为主, 需考虑材料的机械属性,因此须用 有限元的方法才能精确展开。

Method 2 --- Build to Sections构造到截面 线 • Each section must consist of an arbitrary number of curves and edges that comprise an open, G1 string. • Each section must lie in a plane that is normal to the spine. • One end of each section must touch the bend edge. The section must be tangent to the target face at this point.
