停电信息条目编译准确快速，录入前由班长查看停电计划是否满足8天要求（省公司规定是7天），筛选后再录入保存，后续经班长或分管主任审核后再提交发布，从组织措施上杜绝停电信息发布不及时的现象。

系统送电由值班人员在早上接班时明确当日的停电工作条目并在手机上设置闹铃在送电前1小时启动，若未送电手机10分钟提醒一次，同时班长下班前需再次提醒，多举措防止停电信息发布不完整情况发生。

应急保障要求：（1）值班场所及业务系统电源保障：办公场所具备双电源，每个席位两台电脑具备不同电源点接入。

（2）网络通道保障：目前双路由网线已接入到位，即楼层交换机及公司机房交换机双网，同时楼层交换机也已接入UPS不间断电源。
