在20XX年组建了配网抢修指挥业务。
在配网抢修指挥业务纳入“大运行”体系的试点建设过程中,公司凭借营配数据全贯通、低压GiS全录入、智能总保全覆盖、全投运等优势,以电网调控与配网抢修业务融合为契机,通过配网生产抢修指挥平台研发、梳理用户信息库、确立研判算法依据、规范业务流程、完善保障制度等举措,开展配网故障研判协同分析的实践应用,探索配网主动抢修和快速抢修,从而进一步提高了故障抢修效率,提升了电网运行管理水平和供电优质服务水平。
日常业务要求:接派单要求快速准确判断,确保在第一时间内完成,同时考虑服务器数据传输及存储时间,尽量控制在2分钟完成,确保不发生3分钟超时情况,严格控制抵达现场时间,城区控制在39分钟内,农村控制在84分钟内,严格要求值班纪律。
停电信息条目编译准确快速,录入前由班长查看停电计划是否满足8天要求(省公司规定是7天),筛选后再录入保存,后续经班长或分管主任审核后再提交发布,从组织措施上杜绝停电信息发布不及时的现象。
系统送电由值班人员在早上接班时明确当日的停电工作条目并在手机上设置闹铃在送电前1小时启动,若未送电手机10分钟提醒一次,同时班长下班前需再次提醒,多举措防止停电信息发布不完整情况发生。
应急保障要求:(1)值班场所及业务系统电源保障:办公场所具备双电源,每个席位两台电脑具备不同电源点接入。
(2)网络通道保障:目前双路由网线已接入到位,即楼层交换机及公司机房交换机双网,同时楼层交换机也已接入UPS不间断电源。
同样也在每个席位的两台电脑配置不同交换机网线,在电脑电源与接入该台电脑的网络交换机保证在同一个电源供电。
(3)地、县互备体系:灌云、东海、灌南目前为三角形互备,该互备已在多次配抢业务应急演练中实现互备,包括接单、派单、到达现向时间及送电全过程。
