方法 应用国际疾病分类方法对资料进行编码、归类、统计。
结果 总死因分布中,居前五位的是:循环系统疾病、肿瘤、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病和消化系统疾病,潜在寿命损失年居前五位的是:损伤和中毒、肿瘤、其他疾病、新生儿病、循环系统疾病和传染病。
结论 必须着力于改善农村的医疗条件及卫生观念,加强农药的管理。

我们于1997年至2000年对汉中市汉台区近3万农村人口进行了4年的死因监测。
1 对象与方法1.1 对象 为汉中市汉台区的83个自然村的全部人口,监测时间为1997年1月1日至2000年12月31日,累计监测274517人,其中男性人口128559人,女性人口145958人,全部为农村人口。
1.2 方法 在汉台区的每个乡设一个监测点,由经过统一培训的课题小组成员负责死因监测,汉中市人民医院主治医师以上的医务人员每月底去监测点进行核对,同时与当地派出所户籍科进行核对,年底各课题小组进行交叉核对。
PY LL 计算时,总人口的期望寿命取72岁,男性取70岁,女性取74岁。
1.3 资料处理 死因分类按照国际疾病分类标准(ICD 29)进行,死因归类按国家卫生部(CCD 287)17大类归类;数据处理采用Excel 2000软件。
2 结 果从1997年至2000年中,监测人口共274517人,死亡2737人,死亡率为997.0/10万。
其中男性1474人,占53.9%,死亡率为1146.6/10万;女性1263人,占46.1%,死亡率为865.3/10万。

总死因分布中,居死因前五位的是:循环系统疾病、肿瘤、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病和消化系统疾病,总共占总死因的76.0%。
男性的死因分布中,居前五位的是:循环系统疾病、肿瘤、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病和消化系统疾病,总共占总死因的79.9%;女性的死因分布中,居前五位的是:循环系统疾病、肿瘤、内分泌营养免疫疾病、呼吸系统疾病和损伤与中毒,总共占总死因的74.0%(表1)。

男性人口中,P Y LL 居前五位的是:损伤和中毒、肿瘤、新生儿病、消化系统疾病和传染病;女性人口中,P Y LL 居前五位的是:损伤和中毒、肿瘤、循环系统疾病、新生儿病和传染病(表2)。
