(规章制度)站场安全生产管理制度4站场安全生产管理制度☑第一章总则第一条为了贯彻“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，确保站场安全、稳定、有序运行，根据国家相关法律、法规、规范标准，结合我公司实际情况，制订本管理制度。
第二条本制度适用于公司各站场日常生产运行的管理。
☑第二章组织管理和交接班制度第三条公司站场管理部负责门站、鲁能晋北铝业调压站、同煤锅炉房调压站等大型调压场站及其附属设施、设备的运行管理，是站场管理的归口部门。
第四条站场管理部设经理一名，全面负责站场部工作，副经理两名，一名负责公司门站和同煤锅炉房调压站等____(省、市、区、县)大型站场设施，另一名负责鲁能晋北铝业调压站和其它工业用户调压设施，站场部经理柯根据业务需要适时调整。
第五条站场部运行工实行四班三倒作业制。
公司门站每班两人，其中班长一名，运行工一名。
鲁能晋北铝业调压站每班三人，其中班长一名，运行工两名。
同煤锅炉房调压站为无人值守站，由分管门站的副经理每日巡查一次；新增场站将根据实际需要由分管生产的副总经理统一调配。
第六条所有进站人员必须遵守《进站安全管理规定》：1、本部门上班人员及公司安全检查人员进站须按规定着装，佩带工作证。
2、公司其他部门人员及外来人员须经有关领导（站场部经理、分管副总经理）批准后，办理登记手续；各种机动车辆不得进站，若必须进站按规定带合格的防火帽，进站后按指定位置停放。
4、公司或上级领导参观视察时，应由分管生产的副总经理、站场部经理陪同，并按要求着装、确保站场安全。
5、未经允许不得在车间照相、录像。
8、站区内严禁烟火，不得带火种，不得穿铁钉鞋进站，各种动火作业方案需经相关人员审批后方可作业。
9、违反上述规定，值班人员有权盘查、制止。
第七条门站所有工作人员必须遵守《倒班及交接班管理制度》，规定如下：1、接班人员上班前必须保证有充分的睡眠和良好的休息，并不得饮酒，严禁酒后上岗。
3、每班结束之前半小时以内为交接班时间，接班人应在此时间内上岗接班，未进行交接班或交接班未结束之前，交班人不得离岗。
4、交接班工作的组织实施由上一班次和下一班次的班长负责。
5、交接班时，必须做到"十交""五不接"十交:交运行情况及记录；交设备工作情况；交阀门启闭情况；交上级领导指令情况；交加臭液位情况；交流量计流量；交带气设备接口检漏情况；交维修工具及消防器材；交岗位卫生和存在的问题。
五不接:生产及记录情况不清不接；阀门开关情况不清不接；工具、用具、消防设施不全不接；岗位卫生不好不接；无客观原因，该处理的问题不处理不接。
6、交接班时要责任明确，交接过程中查出的问题由交班班长负责，接班人签字后出现的问题由接班人负责。
7、交接班记录必须书写工整，不得用铅笔填写，不得涂改，并妥善保存，并由本部门存档。

1. 知识拥有良好的人文与社会知识、学科基础知识、专业基础知识与专业知识。
1.1 人文社会知识掌握一定的经济、法律、管理、信息交流、社会学和环境等人文与社会学的知识，满足社会交往和工程实践的需要。
1.2 学科基础知识（1）自然科学：掌握土木工程学科所需的自然科学，包括数学、物理、化学、一般试验技术等。
（2）学科基础：掌握土木工程学科所需的工程基础科学，包括工程力学（如：理论力学、材料力学和流体力学等）、力学实验、电工学、工程制图、工程测量和计算机技术等相关学科知识。
1.3 专业基础知识掌握结构力学、工程地质、土木工程材料、土力学、混凝土结构设计原理、钢结构设计原理、工程软件开发与应用等基本理论和原理。
1.4 专业知识掌握扎实的土木工程基本理论知识、工程技术、先进的工程计算方法、工程试验与检测技术，了解新材料、新工艺、新设备。
