ObjectivesMost participants starts this course with an existing knowledge of English language. However, most of us invariably struggle with the difficulty of using their knowledge in a practical way. The main objective of this course is to guide participants from KNOWLEDGE to USING. The focus of our trainer’s work is to make participants use English in particular situations related to everyday work and life. Test: There is test to evaluate the participants’progress, including the ability to use the newly learned vocabulary in role-plays, customer service situations and dialogues.测试:我们设有测试,通过角色扮演以评估学员使用所学的进展。
Progress evaluation: the competency level of participants in compared to their written and oral assessment results at mid-term, and the mid-term results at the end of term, progress is judged according to thesame criteria used at English.评估进度:参与者的水平测评将从书面和口头评估结果两方面进行,一般在学习中和末进行。
Individual training progress report: after each evaluation, I will submits a detailed report to the relevant person.前、中、后期的个人培训进度报告:每次评估之后,我会提交一份详细的报告(见表格)The comparisons of the assessment score to evaluation score.以评估的结果以评分;I will collect regular feedback from participant to make sure that the the training is in line with your expectations. Feedback is usually collected 3 times during a standard training course.
