车床拨叉的钻孔夹具设计
我借鉴V型块的机械结构构,设计了一种特殊的水平方向V型的特殊压块,用2个V型在拨叉零件的左右两端限制了5个自由度(X轴Y轴水平移动转动,Z轴转动),用特殊V型块下方延伸出的结构,限制了拨叉零件的Z轴方向的自由度,完成加紧。零件主体借鉴齿轮油泵主体的结构和多数夹具的主体结构,设计了本次毕业课程设计的夹具主体。先画2D草图。我在工厂从事的就是产品设计,有了学校的基础很快的掌握了UG的基本的3D设计功能,在夹具设计完成后,画3D模型,最后用UG的装配功能验证图纸的正确性。也验证了我设计的产品的可行性。因为我在机械厂上班的原因,我可以利用一些边角料在休息时间进行试验,对于设计后的夹具在机床上使用是完全可行。
摘要
毕业设计是在我完成了科亚学院要求的4年全部的学业后进行的。3年的理论学习和之后半年的在金属零件加工机械厂的实习,让我初步的将我学到的知识和实际生产相结合。让我计,设计的是机床拨叉零件的钻孔夹具,首先我们要对我们要设计的零件有一定的了解,所以我这次选择的零件是车床拨叉。我了解拨叉的基本作用,然后我根据零件的基本性质和零件图中各端面的结构去设计了拨叉夹具基本的机构。先粗校准,再精确校准,然后制定拨叉零件的夹紧方案,最后画出拨叉零件夹具的装配图。
理清了基本思路后,要先查资料,首先一下看看其他的零件设计,第一可以激发灵感,第二因为重复率的原因不可以和别人的相同,所以要想一个完全不同的设计结构出来,毕业设计毕竟不是真正的实际生产,实际生产看重的是实用性,经济性而不是看看是不是有百分之多少的重复率。但毕业设计不同,并不会真正的投入实际生产中,要的就是不同。所以我对这次的拨叉夹具设计要采用一种和实际生产相差很大的配合结构。,来限制拨叉零件的自由度,完成工件的装卡。
我希望在这次机械设计制造的基础课程设计对自己未来想要从事的工作经行一定的适应性训练,让自己在毕业设计中能够锻炼自身发现问题的能力、分析问题的能力、解决问题的人能力、信息查询的能力
