基于物联网技术的数字健身器材设计与应用研究摘要随着人们的生活水平和对健康的关注度不断提高,大众健身正向着专业化、科学化、精细化的需求方向迈进。
传统健身器材存在着功能单一、交互性差、缺乏指导等弊端,已经难以满足网络信息化时代人们日益增长的多元化健身需求。
本论文利用现代科学技术尤其是物联网技术,以充分满足健身人群的多元化健身需求为导向,对新一代物联网数字健身器材设计与应用进行研究,采用多种研究方法对物联网健身器材的功能设计和应用方式进行探究,目标是在未来打造更加智能化和立体化的物联网健身服务模式。
主要结论如下:(1)将物联网技术应用到数字健身器材设计中,不仅能够丰富我国健身器材产品,提高健身服务水平和实用性;而且能够满足广大人民群众日益增长的多元化、多层次的健身需求,具有良好的社会效应和市场发展前景。
(2)物联网数字跑步机的案例设计不仅兼顾了传统数字跑步机的优点,同时利用传感器技术、嵌入式技术和自动感知技术,使物联网跑步机成为一种时尚且具有现代化气息的健身工具,给其他类型物联网健身器材的硬件设计提供了重要的依据。
(3)通过智能设备在物联网健身器材的应用研究,使物联网健身器材的身份识别、环境感知、数据传输等功能的实现更加快捷。
智能设备既能成为健身服务人员、健身器械、健身用户间的交互通道,也减少了物联网健身器材的开发成本。
(4)物联网健身云服务平台与数据管理系统的构建,将物联网、云计算、移动通信等技术进行整合应用,使物联网健身服务供给实现了远程化、实时化和多元化。
在为健身人群提供便捷、超值的健身服务同时,也为健康服务产业带来了可持续的发展空间。
(5)多类别的健身服务客户端探究设计,使体育健身与文化、电子信息技术、网络游戏开发等相关行业实现整合,实现了体育健身产业的跨领域合作。
可极大的提高物联网健身器材的科学指导功能,从而进一步提升健身器材用户的健身交互、健身效率及健身坚持度。
(6)物联网健身器材产品和服务可应用于社区、商业俱乐部、企业单位、家庭等场景,能够进一步促进居民身体健康水平,满足人们日益增长的多元体育需求,对于推进健身产业的纵深发展,实现健身的科学化、生活化具有重要的推动作用。

The traditional fitness equipment has drawbacks of single function, poor interaction, the lack of guidance, has been difficult to meet people's increasingly diversified demand for fitness in the network information age. In this paper, using the technology of the Internet of things, the purpose is to meet the fitness crowd diversified health needs, Design and application of IOT fitness equipment, Using a variety of methods to study the function and market promotion of IOT fitness equipment, the goal is to create a more intelligent and three-dimensional IOT fitness service model in the future. At the same time, the sensor technology, embedded technology and automatic sensing technology, make the IOT treadmill became a kind of fashion and has a modern fitness tool, provides an important basis for the hardware design of other types of IOT fitness equipment.(3)The smart device application to IOT fitness equipment, the realization of identification, environmental perception, data transmission and other functions more quickly. Both fitness service personnel, fitness equipment, fitness and the communication between the users, but also reduce the cost of development.(4)IOT construction of cloud services platform and data management system, the Internet of things, cloud computing, mobile communication technology integration application, realization of the remote, real-time and diversification of the IOT health services.
