▪ 2010年5月4日，国务院下发了《关于进一步加大工作力度确保实现“ 十一五”节能减排目标的通知》（国发[2010]12号），提出了力度大、 见效快的具体措施。
On May 4, 2010, the State Council issued the Notice on Further Intensifying Efforts to Ensure the Realization of the Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Target in the 11th Five-year Plan (State Council[2010] No. 12), in which brought forward the detail measures with greater efforts and would take effects in soon.
