1. I am personally responsible for the total fund during the entire period that is assinged to me;

2. The cash must be remained on the premise and I shall maintain it intact at all times;
备用金必须随时放置在酒店区域内，我将完好无缺地保管该笔备用金；
3. Any unexplained shortage will constitute grounds for my instant dismissal;
任何无法解释之金额短缺，将导致本人被立即解雇；
4. I understand that Finance staff shall conduct a surprise cash count at anytime.
我明白并同意财务部职员可在任何时间抽查上述备用金。

5. I agree that Tian Feng International Hotel may deduct from my payroll for any shortage of my House
Funds.
我同意天丰国际酒店有权从我的工资中扣除上述备用金的任何短缺。
