高中英语课堂教学问题分析以及教学建议
通过了听课，讲座，新教材研讨会等多种形式，我们看到了新课程全面实施以后，学生的学习方式，教师的教育观念以及课堂教学行为等方面发生了明显的变化，主要表现在：一，积极参与，精心准备
教师从备课，理解教材，准备材料，设计教学到课件制作等方面都做了精心的准备，以饱满的热情参与教学活动，并以情感感染，打动学生，课堂上学生主动发言。
二，理念恰当，策略恰当
所有老师都能够合理运用新课标的理念来进行教学，每节课都体现了以下的特征，注重学习活动的组织，教师的活动注重一个活，语言真实自然，通过游戏，歌曲等多种形式，将学生的身心发展和语言发展相结合，让学生在轻松愉快中学习。
同时，在教学中教师要充分发挥多媒体的辅助优势，充分利用课堂教学时间，扩展课堂信息的容量，丰富教学内容。
三，创设情境，寓教于乐
新课程提出标准，让学生在实际中运用英语，而情景活动是最好的方式。
让我们既学到了知识，但我们也发现了一些值得关注和改进的共性问题。
1、问题描述
新课程标准提倡采用活动的形式，通过表演，唱歌，游戏，竞赛，让学生通过语境记忆单词，激发兴趣，培养听说读写的能力，教学活动也应该为语言技能服务。
教师不能一味让学生死记硬背，应该灵活帮助学生掌握词汇。
学生在单词记忆方面问题较大，很难完整拼写单词，对于单词的形式（时态和语态的掌握存在较大的问题。
）此外，学生对于给出首字母，让学生补充完整单词，这个比较困难回答。
例如，在省丹中高一年级第一次周测的考试中，题目如下：
一、根据首字母填空（每小题1分）。
1. What we should bear in mind is that no matter what happens, we should always keep a

尤其是缺乏一些时态语态的使用。

2、问题分析
针对正确率的现象，我和学生谈话，分析了事情的起因，发现了问题的所在：
（1）学生从初中到高中，思维方式尚未发生完整的改变，在思维的全方面仍然存在一些问题。
（2）学生仍然不能较好地处理很多高级语法。
（3）学生缺乏时态，语态意识，很难处理语言里地陷阱。
3、解决策略
第一种方法：每天制作单词卡。
很多人都有携带小本子的习惯，有的人用来记录今天的计划，有的人用来记些琐事，其实这种小本子也可以用来记单词。
你可以在前一天晚上制作三四十张单词卡，每张单词卡上写上你要背的单词和释义，第二天直接用单词卡背诵单词。
如果你想节约时间的话，可以去书店里购买单词卡，这种方法虽然快捷，但并没有自己手写来的印象深刻。
第二种方法：每天早上读一小时英语。
大家都知道，英语听力在英语考试中占了30分的分值，可以说英语听力与英语成绩好坏有很大关系。
而想要听懂英语听力，单词是最基础的了，但正因为它基础，所以容易造成忽视。
每天早上早起一小时，用来背英语，熟悉英语发音，同时也用来记忆这些单词的意思。
要知道早上一般都是一个人记忆力最好的时候，这个时间一定不要浪费，用来背英语单词可以说再好不过了。
第三种方法：背单词要用联想记忆法。
英语单词死记硬背是很难的，而想要记得牢记的熟的话，一定要学会用联想记忆法。
比方说，你背一个单词的时候，可以将这个单词的释义，想象成一种图画，你记得不是单词本身，而是单词的内涵，这样就很简单了
总而言之，无论怎么操作，要创新形式，尊重学生的主观意愿。
