在搅拌站中,许多机构都是利用气压驱动来工作。

气压驱动具有低成本、无污染的优点,避免了使用油路系统易发生漏油和沾灰的缺陷。

1.搅拌站的气路构成搅拌//站的气路通常由集装阀1、过滤减压阀2、助流气垫3、气动蝶阀4、气动球型震动器5、空压机6、气源三联件7、储气罐8、气缸9及气管10等组成。

具体参见图1。

空压机应水平放置,固定,通风良好,不能经受风吹雨淋,也不能曝晒在阳光下。

平时,要按时检查空压机润滑油的油位,保持油面在油尺上下线之内,当油面接近下线时,添加新油。

1.2贮气罐贮气罐用来进一步分离油水和稳定气压,有利于各气动元件的正常工作。
