Through a comprehensive, systematic research, according to the actual device in the Shanghai Maritime University - Schneider Electric Joint Lab, on basis of the established model, computer simulation on marine electric power station can be achieved in this issue .The article not only can provide the students with something about marine electric power station, but also can supply experiences and methods to software developers. The simulation software completed preliminary has friendly and authentic interface, and can achieve the simulation function as follows: learning and training, fault handling and sound simulation. This simulation software generates installation files, the other installed on the computer running, you can study for ship power plant automation software and theoretical support and methodological guidance, especially suitable for the automation of learning among power plant. This power plant simulation software can generate installation files which can be installed and run on the other computer .It is very suitable to be used in the study about power station for students. This software can give the students theoretical support and methodological guidance in the study of marine electric power station. 随着国际航运业的发展和科学技术的提高,世界海事组织(IMO)以及国家海事局 对船舶管理人员的培训要求越来越高。船舶电站是船舶的一个重要组成部分,它对于 保证船舶安全、经济航行具有重要意义。在船舶知识的学习中,仅仅依靠简单的理论 基础是不够的,还需要丰富的实际操作练习,这样才能培养出合格的技术人才。自动 化电站仿真软件的应用能够较好地将理论与实践结合起来, 不但能达到学习训练的目 的,还能有效节约资源和缩短学习时间。本文根据实际实验室的发电和配电设备,以 Windows Vista 操作系统为开发平台,在 Visual Studio 2008 环境下开发一套船舶自动 化电站仿真软件,对真实的自动化电站进行软件形式的计算机仿真。本文完成的主要 研究工作如下: 1.针对船舶自动化电站系统的运行特点及要求, 按照发电装置和配电装置的工作 过程建立船舶电力系统模型和仿真电站管理控制系统模型, 并根据仿真需要对模型进 行简化,推导出有关模型的数学表达式。 2.针对实际船舶自动化电站配电屏的结构,在可视化的 Visual Studio 2008 的编 译环境下, 以图像制作和处理工具为辅, 搭建出友好生动、 真实性强的仿真图形界面, 实现对新一代船舶电站实验设备的仿真。 3.利用 Visual Studio 2008 软件对船舶自动化电站进行动态仿真。使用事件触发 的方法,编写程序代码,实现界面的快速刷新、可控控件的动态效果以及界面间的通 讯功能。 从而对实际船舶自动化电站的常规操作、 故障处理和系统保护进行功能仿真。 本课题通过全面、系统的调研,根据上海海事大学-施耐德电气联合实验室的实 际情况,在确立模型的基础上实现了电站的计算机仿真。全文不仅为学习人员提供了 船舶自动化电站系统的研究资料,而且也为软件开发者提供了一定的经验方法。初步 完成的仿真软件不仅界面友好、真实性强,还可以实现学习训练、故障处理、声响模 拟等仿真功能。这种仿真软件可生成安装文件,在其它计算机上安装运行,可以为船 舶自动化电站研究提供软件和理论的支持及方法论的指导, 非常适合应用在自动化电 站的学习之中。 本论文得到了国家科技支撑计划(2007BAF10B05)和上海市教委重点学科建设项 目(J50602)的支持。 关键词:船舶自动化电站;模型;仿真软件;人机界面;Visual Basic

ABSTRACT
With the development of world’s shipping industries and science and technology developing, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and China Marine Bureau’s training requirements for the ship’s managers are more and more higher . Ship Power Station which is an important part of the ship plays a crucial role in keeping the ship safe and sailing economically. Theory and practice must be combined in normal study. In the same way, when we are learning something about ship, it not only needs simple study in theory, but also needs a lot of practice on this. In this way,we can achieve our purposes of learning and be a qualified personnel in ship study. .The development and application of simulation software which can combine the theory and practice better can not only get to the purpose of learning and training, but also conserve resources and reduce learning time very effectively. In order to do computer simulation to marine electric power station in the form of software development, on the basis of power generation and distribution equipment in the actual laboratory, under the platform of Windows Vista operating system and Visual Studio 2008 environment, simulation software of marine electric power station is developed in this article. This major research work achieved in this dissertation is described as follows: First, based on the characteristics and requirements of the ship power plant operation, in accordance with the working process of power devices and power distribution equipment, the model of marine electric system and Power Management and control system is established. In order to satisfy the needs of the simulation, the model is simplified and mathematical expressions are also derived. Second,according to the structure of distribution panel in the marine electric power station, under the environment of Visual Basic 2008,with the help of graph making tools, a lively ,friendly and realistic graphical interface is built. So can the simulation of experimental equipment in the power station be finished. Third, under the environment of Visual Studio 2008, dynamic simulation of marine electric power station is made. Using the event-triggered approach, edit programming code can achieve the effect of fast refreshing of the interface, dynamic change of the control and communication between the interfaces. So can function of conventional operation, fault handling and protection of system in the marine electric power station be simulated.
