sky抱闸调整

Brake Adjustment Procedure抱闸调整程序Precaution: All lock-out tag-out procedure must be strictly adhered to.Electrical and mechanical energy must be removed before commencement of adjustment work.注意:必须严格执行锁闭程序。

在抱闸调整工作开始前,确保不存在任何的电能和机械能。

Sky-1 brake adjustment procedureSky-1 抱闸调整程序1. Preparation 准备工作a) Put the lift under inspection mode将电梯转成检修模式b) Move the car in the up direction and land the counterweight on the prop-up pole向上开轿厢,使对重落在支撑物上c) Check the transformer voltage of the brake circuit, ensure the AC voltage is within the limitspecify in the wiring diagram检查制动回路的变压器电压,确保交流电压符合原理图要求d) Check and confirm that the safety chain circuit are all effective检查并确认安全回路有效e) Switch off the main power and apply the lock-out tag-out procedure切断主电源并执行锁闭程序f) Activate the controller safety switch and/or the safety switch按下控制柜的急停开关和/或其他急停开关g) Remove the machine guard拆下机器保护罩h) Clean the machine清洁主机i) Check and ensure that the brake arm, and all other moving parts are free of rust. All movingparts must be able to move or rotate freely. If necessary, disassemble the brake, clean thoroughly and apply lubricant. Reassemble the brake with its original settings.检查并保证抱闸臂和所有其它的运动部件没有生锈,所有能够运动的部分必须能够自由移动和转动,如有必要拆卸抱闸并彻底清洁和润滑。

拆卸后按照原来状态重新组装抱闸。

Note: Make sure the brake drum and brake pad are totally free of oil or lubricant注意:确保抱闸轮毂和闸瓦不要沾上油脂和润滑剂2) Adjusting the brake assembly调整抱闸步骤a) Check the stroke of the brake core检查铁芯的行程i. Remove the brake switches on both side of the brake coil housing拆下抱闸线圈盒两边的抱闸开关ii. Loosen the bolts 3 and 4 as indicate in figure 1 below松开顶杆3和4,如图1所示iii. The bolt 4 must be completely off the striking bolt 2 of the brake core顶杆4必须彻底离开抱闸铁芯的螺栓2iv. Manually push the brake core inward until it reaches the end of its stroke and release it.Measure the stroke length of the brake core. It should be more than 5mm. (Whilepushing the brake core, care should be taken in ensuring that the brake core do not strikeagainst the manual release device that is housed within the brake coil housing)手动向内推动铁芯(图中2#部件)直到底部,观察搬手是否能够在手的推力下自动复位,并测量铁芯移动的最大行程,该行程应该大于5mm.如果搬手无法自动复位,或者在搬手能够自动复位但行程小于5mm,应该先做如下步骤2-a-V的检查,如仍不能满足行程要求的,制动器需要更换.v. If the stroke length is not correct, loosen the bolt 5. By turning the bolt 1 anticlockwise, the stroke length can be increased. Conversely, turning bolt 1 clockwise will reduce thestroke length.如果行程不正确,拧松螺栓5。

通过逆时针旋转圆缺螺母1可增大铁芯行程,相反地顺时针旋转螺母1则能缩短铁芯行程vi. Adjust the bolt 4 so that the brake core moves in by about 3.0 mm. Do the same adjustment for both side of the brake arm. The final adjustment of the stroke should tomake sure the brake lining gap according to the procedure of 2-e.粗调整螺栓4,并使得抱闸铁芯被压进3.0mm (最大不能超过3.5mm),相同的方法调整另一侧(这样做的目的是为了确保抱闸能够打开).但最终的调整位置以保证按2-e步骤保证闸衬和制动轮之间的间隙为准.513 4 2间隙图示1b) Brake pad and brake drum concentricity抱闸瓦和轮毂抱闸同心度调整i. Referring to figure 2, on each of the brake arm, there are 2 bolts (bolt 6) which is used toadjust the contact surface between the brake pad and the brake drum参考图2,在抱闸臂的两侧,每侧有两个螺栓(螺栓6)用来调整抱闸瓦和轮毂的接触面ii. First of all, loosen all the four bolts. This will allow the brake shoes to move freely on its pivot pin. The spring force will thus ensure that the brake shoes are fitted snugly on the brake drum.首先松开这四个螺栓。

这将使得抱闸瓦可以在它的轴心方向上自由转动,在抱闸弹簧的作用力下,抱闸瓦会贴紧轮毂表面iii. Adjust the bolts 6 by hand until the bolts are rested against the brake shoes, and make sure the brake lining gap is even.手动调整螺栓6直到螺栓接触到抱闸瓦圆弧架,保证间隙均匀后将锁母锁紧固6图示2c) Spring rod adjustment弹簧杆调整i. Refer to figure 3, check and ensure that the spring rod is flush with the housing assemblyas indicate as (10) in the figure.参考图3,检查并保证弹簧杆与螺纹孔旋平,如图中的10所示. (部分机器无法保证旋平,应拆开制动弹簧和拉杆,拆除尼龙垫 A (按图 3-1所示)ii. If the rod is not flush, loosen the bolt 11 as indicated in figure 4. Adjust bolt 9 until the spring rod is flush with the brake assembly如果没有旋平,松开图4中的螺母11,调整螺栓9直到弹簧杆和抱闸齐平(如果两边的底座厚度不同则以厚度少的螺栓旋进深度为准.)iii. Tightened bolt 11紧固螺母11(重要提示!!: 如果没有紧固,存在抱闸失效的危险)图示3尼龙垫 A 图示3-1图示4d) Temporary spring force adjustment抱闸弹簧压力的临时调整i. Loosen the bolt 9 until the spring is completely loose松开螺母9直到弹簧完全松开ii. Turn the bolt 9 by hand until the spring is about to be compressed手动旋转螺母9直到弹簧刚好被压缩iii. At the end of the measuring indicator, draw a line on the brake arm as shown in figure 4.以标尺的非螺母一端为准,在抱闸臂上画一条线,如图4所示iv. Tighten bolt 9 until the spring is compressed by 12.5~14 mm. This is a temporary setting to ensure that the brake could hold the car properly under static condition. The final spring adjustment has to be done with full load.两端弹簧被压缩12.5~14mm后紧固螺母9,这是个临时的设置用来保证抱闸可以控制住静止时的轿厢,最终的弹簧调整必须在满负载的情况下进行。
