1、struggle 短语归纳
struggle 可用作名词或动词，表示“斗争，奋斗，挣扎”。

如：take up the struggle 开始斗争；struggle to one’s feet 挣扎着站起来；
struggle with sb. 与某人搏斗；after a struggle 经过战斗；through struggle 通过斗争；
struggle for a living/ freedom 为生活而挣扎/ 为自由而斗争；
struggle against difficulties/ death/ illness/ nature/ strong winds
与困难/死亡/疾病/自然界作斗争/与大风搏斗。

②用作不及物动词，意为“受痛苦、受损失，折磨，受惩罚”，与from搭配。

如:
