Quality comparison of scutellaria baicalensis from different places

（ 1． The 105th Hospital of PLA，Hefei，Anhui 230031，China； 2． Anhui Medical University，Hefei，Anhui 230032，China） Abstract： Objective To explore characteristics of scutellaria from different areas by comparing quality of preparation in order to be consistent with the requirements of high-quality raw materials of Scutellaria． Methods According to skullcap quality standsrds of " Chinese Pharmacopoeia" 2010 version character identification，TLC，extracts，determination and other tests were made． Results All the origin of Scutellaria met the requirements in extracts check，only the Anhui Origin of the skullcap did not meet the requirements of determination． Other origin of Scutellaria determination met the pharmacopoeia requirements． Conclusion As for the determination，the contents in sequencewere Hebei，Inner Mongolia Location，Gansu，Inner Mongolia（ no batch number） ，Shanxi and Anhui，and except that the origin of baicalin in Scutellaria Pieces from Anhui does not meet the Pharmacopoeia，the rest are in line with pharmacopoeia requirements． The extract of Scutellaria and recovery of scutellaria pieces from every location also meet the pharmacopoeia requirements． Key words： cutellaria pieces； scutellaria； HPLC； determination

摘要： 目的 对不同产地黄芩的性状、浸出物、含量进行对比，以求得到符合制剂质量要求的优质黄芩原料药材。方法 按《中 国药典》2010 版一部黄芩项下质量标准进行性状鉴别、薄层色谱、浸出物、含量测定等检验。结果 各产地黄芩性状上来看有 一定的区别，浸出物检查各产地的黄芩均符合要求，含量测定中仅安徽产地的黄芩不符合要求，其他产地的黄芩的含量测定均 符合药典要求。结论 各产地黄芩饮片中黄芩苷的含量显示，河北产地 ＞ 内蒙产地 ＞ 甘肃产地 ＞ 内蒙产地（ 无批号） ＞ 山西产 地 ＞ 安徽产地，除了安徽产地的黄芩苷含量不符合药典规定，其余的均符合药典要求。各产地的黄芩饮片的浸出物及回收率也 均符合药典规定。 关键词： 黄芩； 黄芩苷； HPLC； 含量测定
