结果状语从句和让步状语从句
一．结果状语从句
在句子中作结果状语的句子称为结果状语从句。

常用的引导词有：so…that…, such….that…,意为“太/如此….以至于….。

So…that…用法
（1）so+形容词+ that…如：
It was so cold outside that we had to stop the match.
天气太冷了，我们不得不停止比赛。

（2）so+形容词+a/an + 单数可数名词+ that…如：
She is so lovely a girl that all love her very much.
她是如此可爱的一个女孩，以至于我们都喜欢她。

（3）so + +that…
He drove so carelessly that he almost lost his life.
(4)so many/few/much/little+ +that…
There was so much work to do that Mary got tired.
Such…that…
(1)such+a/an + + +that…
Mike is such an honest man that we all believe in him .
(2)such+ + +that…
They are such good children that their teachers all like them.
(3)such+ + +that…
It was such bad weather that we had to stay at home all day.
“such+a/an+that…’’ “so + +a/an+that…”.
It was such a fine day that they all want to go out.=
