●结构设计部门选用结构外购件的依据。
1.2 适用范围本标准规定了华为技术有限公司产品所用镀彩锌拉爆膨胀螺栓的技术要求。
本技术要求适用于镀彩锌拉爆膨胀螺栓的选型、采购与检验。
2 引用的相关标准下列文件中的条款通过本规范的引用而成为本规范的条款。
凡是注日期的引用文件，其随后所有的修改单（不包括勘误的内容）或修订版均不适用于本规范，然而，鼓励根据本规范达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。
凡是不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本适用于本规范。

5 要求5.1 一般要求5.1.1 结构和外形尺寸拉爆膨胀螺栓的结构、尺寸见下图、下表。
尺寸公差：1)锥端螺杆螺纹公差应达到GB3103_1 8g级的公差要求。
2)螺母按GB6170标准选用。
3)弹垫按GB93标准选用。
4)其余尺寸公差达到GB1804-C的要求。
5.1.2 材料工艺膨胀套、锥端螺杆选用20＃钢；螺母按GB6170、平垫按GB97.1、弹垫按GB93要求选材；所有表面做镀彩锌钝化处理（G002）。
5.1.3 标识无5.1.4 环保要求满足《DKBA 2332华为采购物料环保规范》要求。
5.2 性能要求及检验方法螺杆与膨胀管之间应该可以灵活地相对运动。
5.2.1 性能要求1：耐腐蚀性及表面质量要求耐腐蚀性：符合《DKBA04500017 电镀锌质量要求》中的耐蚀性能要求。
拉爆膨胀螺栓目前还没有国家标准，因此各个厂家生产的镀彩锌拉爆膨胀螺栓在外观等细节方面可能会有所差异，只要满足本规范的要求，均视为合格。
6 检验规则本检验规则适用于华为公司来料检验，其检验应符合华为技术有限公司质量部门的规定。
对于未规定的产品采用批次检验的方式，检验方法采用GB2828逐批检验中一次抽样方案。
7 说明1、本技术要求的解释权归华为技术有限公司结构造型设计部。
2、供求双方有技术上的分歧时，以本技术要求作为仲裁。

The plating color zinc expansion bolts of various manufacturers may vary in appearance. As long as they comply withthis document, they are deemed as qualified parts.6 Inspection RuleThe inspection rule is applicable to the incoming materials of Huawei and shall comply with the regulations of the quality department of the MPE System Department of Huawei.
