Hot Filling热灌装
The soft drink is pasteurised by bringing it at high temperatures (>90° C). Still hot, it is conveyed to the filler where it is filled still hot. 软饮料物料经过巴氏杀菌后,以高于90摄氏度的状态输送到灌装机 并进行灌装。 High temperatures reduce the risk of re-contaminating the soft drink and are used to perform a heat treatment of the container. 高温将降低污染的风险,同时对包材进行杀菌 The filled bottles are sealed, after which they are cooled with cold water through an external shower (COOLING TUNNEL). 灌装后的产品在密封的情况下,经过外部冷却通道降温。
