The title freeze-dried powder for injection contains reduced glutathione, pH regulator, supporter and antioxidant. Reduced The invention discloses a reduced-type glutathione is identified by (1) dissolving the freeze-dried powder in glutathione freeze dried injection and making sodium hydroxide soln., adding sodium nitroprusside, shaking for technique, which is characterized by the following: displaying deep red, standing for displaying yellow, and shaking for displaying red again, and (2) testing the content of reduced loading 95.0%-105.0% reduced-type glutathione glutathione by HPLC at 210 nm on C18 column with mobile phase of phosphate (pH 3.0)-methanol (97:3). The content of reduced (C10H17N3O6S) to display white block and glutathione must be 95.0%-105.0% of amt. marked. The freezepowder; testing nitrosoferric sodium cyanide to dried powder has pH value in soln. of 5.0-6.5, drying wt. loss not more than 5.0%, impurities content not more than 4%, and bacterial display red; keeping the consistent reserving time endotoxin content less than 0.125 EU. The pH regulator comprises of main peak of sample solution as comparison sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium phosphate, sample solution with pH value at 5.0-6.5; making potassium phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate. The supporter dried weight not over 5.0% and the content of comprises mannitol, glucose, sorbitol, sodium chloride, dextran, lactose, hydrolytic gelatin, polyethylene glycol and glycine. The relative material not more than 4%; limiting the antioxidant comprises sodium hydrogen sulfite, sodium thiosulfate, content of bacterial endotoxin less than 0.125EU; Me p-hydroxybenzoate, Et p-hydroxybenzoate, Pr phydroxybenzoate, sodium pyrosulfite or thiourea. The freeze-dried making other items satisfy the standard. powder for injection possesses stable controllable quality, and improved drug safety for patients.
