During the period, we had a chance to work to hold a Job Fair for graduates and I was the team leader. Thanks to our hard work, finally the Job Fair was successfully held and was highly commended by the judges. Here are the key factors to this success：(1) We work together: My teammates and I had come to an agreement from day one that we should look at the big picture and think what is best for the team. I distributed the work according to everyon e’s specialty after I discussed with them individually. Then we spent alot of time together preparing Job Fair and discussing on problem-solving methods. Although we were exhausted at the end of each day, we trusted each other and believed all hard work would pay off.(2) We respect the individual: On my team, Zhang is good at promotional activity; Chen is skilled in public relations; Wang is expert in logistic support service, while I am quick thinking, detail-oriented and good at planning activities. However, we did have disagreements on some key matters, for example, our Job Fair aimed to contact recruiters who provide jobs for graduates, and this was what we differed about, there were several firms that we want to contact.
